At Maximum Kare, I believe skincare should feel personal, never intimidating. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To keep scheduling fair and allow adequate time to offer openings to other clients, at least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price. No-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price and may be required to prepay before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may require your service to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment. The full service price will still apply. If there is not enough time to safely or effectively perform the service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation. I understand that unexpected situations happen. Emergencies and exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. By booking an appointment with The Maximum Kare Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and appointment policy.
